• Conference fees are listed in CHF as our expenses are also in CHF. When registering on Ticketino, do not switch the currency to EUR or GBP, as Ticketino applies a 15% flat-rate margin to account for exchange rate fluctuations. If you choose CHF, the actual exchange rate will be applied.
• Students applying for the reduced fee must provide a confirmation from their university that they are enrolled in a program. This can be submitted via the email link provided on Ticketino.
• Don’t forget to also register for the conference dinner on Thursday, 04 September !
